Pamela is so nice and sweet. I will never go to any other places other than Extra storage. I actually went to Towne Storage which is just a few blocks and they were so rude didn't even show me the exact unit. I was so frustrated at them. I love her, she showed me empathy which I really needed. I feel home here. Love the place and her!
Fast and friendly service. Pamela was very prepared for me when I came in, with the online reservation ready to go. She was efficient in getting everything set up and promptly showed me the rental space. The space is clean and well maintained. We will recommend this company to all of our friends!

I stored my expensive appliances and furniture here while I was building my house. They sat in a climate controlled unit for 8 months, I never checked on it once. When it came time to move in to my new house, everything was still there, untouched and undamaged.
