I went to Doctor Thompson the next day because it was still happening, he diagnosis me in 10 min. and told me it was "benign positional vertigo". He explained the problem and told me it would go away in a couple of weeks. I WISH I WOULD HAVE GONE TO HIM FIRST AND SAVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!
My whole family from nieces and nephews to parents see Mike Ryan. He is amazing wit my kids! Patient, always happy and actually cares about you. He goes the extra mile! Just wish I didn't take 14 years of living here in utah to find a great doctor!
Very displeased will not return. Called in several times, starting in the morning to have a prescription called into my pharmacy. Next time I called I was informed that this request had been approved and just needed to be called into the pharmacy. This never happened, called again and the office was closed as expected. Went to the pharmacy to double check and sure enough I was not in the system. Sounds like someone dropped the ball or didn't care. For whatever reason they had for the delay, I hope it was important. From a patient perspective this is unacceptable. Also, most reviews on this page appear to be fake or company endorsed, overly positive and cheesy. After reading the bad ones I would say this is more accurate to my experience with them. I am glad that my prescription is not that important, however I would not want to be with them if I get injured and need something like pain medication filled.
I'm really frustrated with the experiences I've had at this clinic. I've seen quite a few different doctors and they are all so rude to me and don't really listen to what I'm saying or make sure I leave happy and like I didn't just waste my hard earned money on a visit. I honestly feel like they really don't care and you're just a number. The staff always seems so condescending as well. No one really seems to like working there or taking care of their patients. They are always behind by 30 minutes to an hour. They aren't very apologetic of it either. It's like you're supposed to just expect for things to be behind and you're a jerk if it causes a problem with your schedule and you ask how long it will be. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and say maybe they're just having a bad day. They're always having a bad day! I will not be returning to this office ever again.
Dr Thompson is the Best Dr ever! He has a great way of explaining things so that you can understand them. I had to go the emergency room because of dizziness and I couldn't stand up without falling down, and after a VERY expensive MRI and hours waiting and doctors checking everything out, they said they didn't know what was wrong.
I've been there 3 time and had a great experience. Both doctors answered all my questions and neither seemed rush. One visit the doctor pulled out several pictures from a medical book he had to show me why I had lost feeling in my face. I was very impressed with the service. The other doctor remembered who I was after a year between visits for a physical. Highly Recommend!
