- WHY WASH A CAR MORE THAN ONCE A DAY YOU ASKED? On snow days, where salt clings to your chassis & car body in the morning commute, it would have been awesome if you could run it to the wash after work to minimize the salt build up. They need to add a caveat in ALL their advertising that their UNLIMITED IS IN FACT LIMITED TO 1 CAR WASH PER DAY. Misleading. After I posted this same review in their FB Page, one of their response was "May I ask why you would need to wash your car more than once a day?" Tempted to say "please read my first comment"
Love this car wash! I read some of the reviews saying they had horrible customer service but I didn’t see that when I went there for the first time. I signed up for a monthly pass and when I went in to finish the process with the office they were super nice and explained everything in detail. They even give monthly pass holders a cloth with window product on it and you hold on to it till the next time and swap it out for a fresh one! When I was leaving an older gentleman asked how everything was. Best car wash I have been to! Thanks Papas car wash, our nice clean cars thank you too!
- They have a pre-bug wash area, which is a rubber sponge in a drum with what I assume a Car Wash sud.
- Free vacuum is great
- Pay attention to one way traffic.
Got a 3 car pass with gold for $25. Used the gold & minivan was not clean. HAD to show them. AFTER showing, they let me run on REGULAR wash ONLY. PLEASE NOTE: HAD TO SHOW THEM PROOF. Still not clean. Was gonna buy monthly. I'll wait for Quick Quack to open.
- Bring a clean rag to wipe areas the wash didn't get. They may provide if you ask?
- UNLIMITED WASH is actually LIMITED to ONE wash per day & closed on Sundays.
Overall the free wash was comparable to others, and like all other carwashes the back of my van is still left dirty. I plan on trying again, but I'm just not sure a more pricey wash will clean my backside. Also, I wish there were extended hours until 9pm. I'm often out late running errands on weekdays or weekends and they're usually closes when I think about washing my car on the way home.
- The usual response trend when new clients are unhappy with how it did not clean their car well is "please come back & try us again" It's a paste & cut response. My response to that, "FIRST IMPRESSION IS CRITICAL!" You have a giant competition opening up next to Smith's Marketplace. I suggest you deliver and be upfront with your advertising. This negative comment is intended to hopefully help you see what most consumers look for. I want you to succeed damn it!

By far the best place to take your car. What I love about this place is, its a local small business person that owns it. Its not a chain or franchise car wash. I love it because if there is a problem, the chances of you talking to the owner or a family member are great. They will take care of you and make it right. They helped me get the best prices for my cars and told me the best deals. Their vacuums actually have pressure and your car comes our spotless. If you're not happy with the way it washed the first time. Let them know and they let you go again. You can tell their goal is to make everyone happy. Its also great knowing you have clean car without having to get out of your own car.
