I visited the Saratoga Springs location today with a banking issue & Jorden approached from behind, greeted me and kindly offered help while I was standing in line. He was professional and friendly as he quickly attended to my problem. The issue was immediately resolved, and I found Jorden to be knowledgeable and helpful as he further assisted me in fully setting up my account. The experience was painless and I am grateful for Jorden's assistance and patience. I am happy to be a customer at this location.

One of the most helpful and friendly chase banks I've ever been too. The people know your name, even when you haven't been their long, and the staff has even gone out of their way to sign a birthday card for me when they knew I was coming in. This place makes me proud to use Chase bank.
